The engagement or empanelment granted through this portal is purely on contractual basis. It does not confer any right of regular appointment or continued employment with NPC.

Candidates shall abide by NPC's code of conduct, confidentiality norms, and anti-harassment policies during the period of engagement.

Mis-statement or suppression of material fact in the application renders candidature liable for cancellation and may lead to legal action.

Selection is based on merit as evaluated by NPC's screening and selection committees. The decision of NPC is final.
