Engagement Types (AI 858)

Full Time: Monthly remuneration as per Annex-II-A/B, with paid leave and medical benefits.

Part Time: Monthly or daily basis for limited hours.

Lump Sum Basis: Fixed sum for the entire assignment or deliverable.

Revenue Sharing Basis: Percentage share of project revenue, per internal policy (see Annex-III).

Resource Person: Session-based payment for training and workshops.
